OSAS spearhead the creation of TCI-President’s League that will serve as the TCInean representation that will provide a platform for Block Presidents to voice concerns and represent their block. Additionally, every communication, announcement, suspension coming from the Management will past down to OSAS then forwarded to Presidents League then will be announce directly to the Blocks for the fast information dissemination and improve accessibility.
