Under this initiative, TES and TDP benefits will be credited directly through the personal Landbank accounts of grantees, ensuring that the benefits will reach rightful beneficiaries in a safer, faster, and more transparent manner.

To all TES and TDP grantees, we strongly recommend that you open and maintain a personal Landbank account promptly through the Straight-Through Account Opening (STAO) and Digital Onboarding System (DOBS) mobile banking applications.

Please follow the step-by-step guide provided in our publication materials below to successfully open your Landbank accounts.

Once you have opened your account, please ensure that:

1. Your account name matches your TES and TDP grantee credentials;
2. Keep your Landbank active at all times;
3. Maintain the required minimum balance; and
4. Only validated Landbank accounts will be used for disbursing benefits.

Your immediate compliance and full cooperation are essential in achieving a 100% direct payment system through the partnership between UniFAST and Landbank.
